The Judo Federation of Australia Inc. (JFA Inc.) is the official governing body of Judo in Australia and is a member of the International Judo Federation. We are seeking the services of a highly motivated Chief Executive Officer to lead the development and growth of the organisation.
Our vision is to expand the sporting success of Australia and the mutual welfare and benefit of all Australians. As CEO, you will work closely with the JFA Inc. Board to deliver on the strategic priorities critical to realizing our vision, including High Performance Targets, Membership Growth and building the profile of the sport.
This is a hands-on role, and requires an ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative with a proactive approach. You will also have oversight of a small independent team.

To be considered for this challenging, busy role you will need to demonstrate strength and experience across a number of key capabilities including leadership, sports management, financial management, governance and also have a proven customer centric approach. An ability to drive cultural and behavioural change is highly desirable.
