KODAKAN INTERNATIONAL CLUB COACHES SEMINAR
Japan, March 2025
In partnership with the Kodokan, Judo Australia invite members to express their interest in being a part of an amazing, traditional Judo Seminar to be held in Tokyo, Japan at the spiritual home of Judo.
Participation in the Kodokan International Coaches Seminar is designed for younger Club Coaches (18-35yrs) to learn the traditional way Kodokan has taught judoka for the past century.
The Seminar also provides an opportunity for young Australian Coaches to sit for ta Kodokan Grade (JA advises that pre-practice of Kata requirements will be required).

Earlier this year, Australia had 12 Club Coaches who attended and some received their higher Kodokan grade.
Every participant returned to Australia with a deeper knowledge of techniques and a renewed enthusiasm for enhancing the quality of coaching within their own Clubs.

All participants MUST be endorsed by the Kodokan by Feb 1, 2025.
