Athlete of the Month March 2018 – Rhys Allan
The Judo Federation of Australia is very proud of all our athletes that travel far and wide to train and compete. We believe recognising those outstanding performances and efforts is very important.
Our Athlete of the Month for March 2018, and the recipient of the $250 gift card, is Rhys Allan. Rhys has recently won the Gold Medal at the prestigious Bremen International Masters in the Cadet 73 kg. Many current champions won medals at this event in their cadet and junior years. Rhys had seven fights to reach the top of the podium. He that toped up his success with two Gold Medals from the Oceania Championships.
