For the first time in many years Australia Judo Athletes will form part of a multi-sport team to represent Australia at the Solomon Islands 2023 Pacific Games - 20-21st November, 2023.
'We are grateful to the Pacific Games organising Committee and the AOC for the opportunity for some of our brightest up and coming Juniors to represent Australia in a multi-sport team. This opportunity will also continue to push them along their pathway towards LA and Brisbane 2032' said Maria Pekli - General Manager of Pathways and Performance for Judo Australia.
Being an official AOC selected team, JA and the AOC have worked together to build the Nomination and Selection Criteria for all Athletes.
This is yet another wonderful opportunity to our Judo Australia members.
Expressions of Interests will close no later than Sunday August 27th, 2023 due to the tight timelines in selecting a team.
