The J-GIRLS National Mat Takeover takes place in Hobart, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin, Cairns and Brisbane this Sunday, March 23 - registration is open until 2pm on Saturday, March 22. REGISTER FOR YOUR CITY NOW!

J-Girls Ambassadors from our elite national teams are looking forward to catching up with old friends in their home states - in the case of Alannah Joyce for Darwin, Anneliese Fielder for Brisbane and Saya Middleton and Maria Swan in Perth - or getting to make new ones for those heading to other states. Tinka Easton will lead girls onto the mat in Hobart, Riley Rametta is bound for Adelaide, and Aoife Coughlan heads to Cairns.
In Melbourne, J-Girls Ambassador-In-Chief, Maeve Coughlan - who organised the whole shebang - will lead more than 40 girls and women onto the mat at the National Performance Centre in Albert Park.
The National Mat Takeover then moves to Sydney and Canberra the following Sunday (March 30), with Aoife Coughlan welcoming Sydney J-Girls to the Armory, and Tinka Easton leading the charge in Canberra.
